Con SOLIDWORKS e SIMULIA è possibile migliorare la progettazione grazie agli strumenti di simulazione che permettono di sviluppare il prodotto in modo innovativo.

SolidWorks è un software CAD 3D che consente di progettare parti e assiemi, mentre SIMULIA è un software di analisi numerica che consente di simulare il comportamento dei componenti e dei sistemi sotto diverse condizioni di carico, come ad esempio sollecitazioni meccaniche, termiche, acustiche e dinamiche. L’utilizzo combinato dei due software consente di progettare e analizzare parti e assieme in modo molto accurato, fornendo informazioni preziose per migliorare la qualità dei prodotti e ridurre i costi di prototipazione e testing fisici.

Dunque, la simulazione permette di avere informazioni sulle prestazioni del prodotto prima che questo diventi un prodotto reale, risparmiando su costi e tempo per la sua realizzazione e correggendo eventuali errori prima della messa sul mercato.

In questo primo episodio del webinar si analizzerà un caso pratico di progettazione avanzata di una macchina complessa come l’escavatore. Verranno esaminati i vantaggi dell’approccio MODSIM per ridimensionare la macchina escavatrice attraverso l’analisi CAE per una prima validazione del progetto.
