In questo secondo appuntamento si potrà scoprire come SOLIDWORKS® ha aiutato il team di LID Boss nel progettare un componente rispettando le best practice per renderlo facilmente fabbricabile.

Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, è stato necessario ottimizzare il progetto dal punto di vista geometrico e sulla scelta dei migliori materiali attraverso gli strumenti di simulazione cinematica e strutturale di SOLIDWORKS®. Grazie all’ambiente di testing virtuale, questi permettono di analizzare in anticipo il comportamento fisico che il prodotto avrà nel mondo reale. Attraverso le varie analisi che sono possibili effettuare per collaudi virtuali sui modelli CAD, SOLIDWORKS® consente di aumentare la qualità del prodotto, di ridurre i tempi e i costi per la realizzazione dei prototipi fisici.

Infine vedremo come è possibile progettare un componente per l’attrezzaggio della macchina utensile da un dispositivo mobile quando non si ha a disposizione la propria workstation.
